We have broken through the traditional boundary between mold factories and press factories and have constructed a closed-loop throughout the entire industrial chain, namely "mold manufacturing + press production + welding assembly".

Internal management of the entire project flow

Our company has a complete team covering design (10 people), processing (15 people), inspection, assembly, adjustment and production up to mass production. All the important mold components are processed by our own company, which enables us to fully control quality and cost, and eliminate the uncertainties and risks associated with external outsourcing.

Strong hardware support

By utilizing high-precision equipment such as Mitsubishi's line-cutting machines and Yamazak's machining centers, as well as various presses ranging from 60 tons to 1,000 tons (hydraulic type), we have equipped ourselves with a flexible production capacity that can meet all kinds of specifications.

Instant Response

Through efficient internal coordination and long-term joint heat treatment partnerships (with a minimum cycle of 3 days), it is possible to meet the demanding requirement of "sending the initial small batch production along with the mold". Moreover, by combining continuous production of press processing and welding, significant reductions in logistics costs and time costs can be achieved.

Large-scale automated production line

We introduced a 4-robot-arm automatic press production line and 11 continuous press lines (ranging from 60 tons to 630 tons), achieving an efficient unmanned/low-personnel operation from material input to finished product shipment.

Digital quality closed loop

By utilizing Zeiss's 3D measurement devices and digital inspection machines such as blue light scanning, and directly feeding the quality data into the production system, we ensure the traceability and uniformity of each batch of products, and provide customers with a "zero defect" delivery experience.
